Returns and Exchange

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all purchases. You may return any unused item with original tags attached for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Items that have been worn or do not include original tags cannot be returned. Custom embroidered products are non-returnable, unless the product or embroidery is defective.

Detailed return instructions are included with your packing slip. A completed return form must be included with all returned merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without a return form.

If your return is due to a shipping error or product defect, you have 30 days from receipt to qualify for no-charge pickup. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (801) 964-1600, and a representative will be happy to assist you.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Information

Orders ship within 48 hours of receipt.

Standard Shipping

In-stock items ship the next business day after your order is received. Delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Government and Utah State holidays.

Express Delivery (Air)

Priority and Express shipping options are available at an additional cost.

P.O. Boxes

Standard shipping is available for P.O. Boxes. Delivery within the continental United States typically takes 5–7 business days. Priority and Express shipping are not available for P.O. Boxes.
